But Renee Zellweger was looking a lot more natural –
and naturally beautiful – at the annual benefit luncheon for the Couture
Council on Wednesday.
The 45-year-old showed off her complexion as she
arrived at the New York event, with her blonde locks tied into top knot
and a couple of tendrils falling around her face.
Renee was clad in a red dress that boasted winged sleeves and was cinched in at her tiny waist with a skinny belt.
The Bridget Jones’ Diary star teamed the knee-length frock with tangerine, cream and black printed court shoes.
Love clearly suits Renee, who has been dating musician Doyle Bramhall II for about a year and a half.
She was just one of many fashionistas to attend the glamorous event, where designer Carolina Herrera was honoured with an award.
Hilaria Baldwin trimmed inches off her already petite frame with an optical illusion formal dresses melbourne, which featured a silver brocade fabric with black panels either side, teaming it with black pumps.
Ivanka Trump looked lovely in a navy A-line dress with white lace detail, and also sported a pair of chic grey ankle boots.
Lucy Liu opted for a slinky little black formal dresses that was covered in sequins, while Martha Stewart showed some skin in a short camel frock with low-cut slit down the front.
Anna Wintour looked fabulous as usual in a pale blue
number decorated with a delicate daisy print, and was armed with her
trademark oversized sunglasses.
The woman of honour Carolina Herrera looked amazing in
a classic white dress that featured buttons from top to bottom, and had
a dove grey belt which she matched her heels to.
It was hard to believe that the fashion designer is 75. She was also supported by Ralph Lauren, who turns 75 next month.
Also in attendance were Abigail Spencer, who wore a tight printed frock and Star Jones, who kept things simple in a white shift.
The event kicks off Fashion Week. Past recipients of
the Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion include Karl Lagerfeld
and Oscar de la Renta.
